After we took a direct hit from a devastating hail storm we called Greg Pirtle from Qualis. He brought us peace of mind during an otherwise very stressful time. He and his team were so helpful to work with. Greg gave us exceptional customer service and we would not hesitate to call again. 5 stars for trustworthiness, customer service, and quality of work!

Before it was time to renew our homeowner’s insurance our insurance company suggested we have our roof inspected because it was several years old. So, we asked Greg to check it out for us. He did a very thorough inspection and honestly reported that it was still in good shape and did not need to be replaced. Thank you, Greg. When it is time, we’ll certainly call Qualis Roofing & Construction.

Greg made getting a roof stressless! He did everything from communicating with my insurance company and even meeting me at work to go over everything. The process was painless and affordable. The crew was excellent and my dog even liked them (she doesn't like a lot of strangers). Excellent service and work. I highly recommend Greg at Qualis

If I could give 10 stars to the Qualis Team, I would. From the moment that I met with Greg Pirtle at our home after a huge tree fell into our living room, I knew that we would be well taken care of. Then each team member that came to work with us was so professional, so thorough, & gave so much attention to detail. Matt, Mark, & Nick always went the second mile to make sure the job was handled correctly & worked tirelessly with our insurance company. My husband & I had been in home construction for many years working with a variety of subs. Without a doubt, Alex & Leo, who handled all of the interior work, are the best guys ever! Thank you, Qualis Construction for taking such good care of us through this very frustrating & emotional time!! We were very blessed to have this team of great guys!

We had an outstanding experience with Qualis Roofing, especially Greg Pirtle, the team lead, and his team member John Yoon. What truly sets them apart is how honest and straightforward they were—not just with us, but also with our neighbors—even when that honesty didn’t ultimately lead to getting the job. They could have easily chosen not to give their time, but they did anyway, and that speaks volumes about their character and integrity. Their crews were extremely professional and did exceptional work. Somehow, after living 48 of my 50 years in Texas, this storm a month ago finally did enough hail damage to total my roof. Since I hadn’t done this before, and because I’m a DumbZone listener, I reached out to Qualis to have them take a look. John Yoon showed up that day and helped put my mind at ease. He walked me through everything, yet didn’t make me feel like an idiot, which I most certainly was. John was out here to meet with my insurance adjuster, and kept me in the loop the whole way. Come the day of installation and they got started early. It was ridiculously windy that day and I have a very steep two-story roof. While the wind created an absolute mess during r&r, it was spotless when they left. Couldn’t be happier. The next time I need roof work, or really any construction work, I’m going to text John directly. I’d happily have him do more work on my house in the future.
